MICRSafe - Paper Check Workflow

The application supports the Paper Check transactions by using MICRSafe device.

Users can process paper check payments using this terminal.

Before performing the transactions the user has to add the MICRSafe terminal to the application on the Terminal Management page.

Once the terminal is added and connected to the computer, the device will light up with Green light as below:

On the Make A Payment page, Select Card Present radio button and the MICRSafe terminal from the Terminal drop-down list.

Select the Terminal Entry Mode as Scan Check. The user is prompted with a popup which says Please Swipe your card using the Terminal.

The User has to scan the check using the terminal.

Once the cehck is scanned, on the Make A Payment page all the details like Account Number, ** Routing Number, and Check Number** etc. gets captured and auto-filled.

After filling in all the required fields, the user has to click on the Review button and on the Confirm button on the Review Payment page to complete the payment.
